What equipment do I need?

You'll need a few simple tools for your at-home tracking, including a thermometer and blood-pressure monitor, plus the tracking resources provided inside The Healing Switch.
You'll be shown exactly what to observe and how to record it.

Do I need to understand my results myself?

No. Your job during the seven days is simple: Observe → Record → Move On. You don't need to interpret or try to influence what you see.
